Openr is a digital offer management platform that allows agents to run transparent campaigns. The platform allows for offers to be submitted and anonymously ranks them while only showing the price in transparent mode, or ranking them privately in private mode.
Project goals
- Give agents a structured place to receive and manage offers
- Support transparent and private campaign modes
- Protect buyer identity
- Give buyers appropriate feedback on where an offer ranks
Current direction
Openr was designed and built to be an accessible, easy to use option, for agents who want to run a transparent campaign for both the prospective buyers and the owner they represent. The platform is designed to give buyers peace of mind, it never exposes their identity to anyone except the agent, and it shows them where their offer ranks compared to other properties.
Outcome / learning
The project explores how clearer process information can be introduced into a sensitive transaction without compromising buyer privacy. No sales or conversion result is claimed.
