STATUS
In development

Buyers agents haven't had the expansive set of tools that sales agents have in the real estate proptech space. Their process typically involves jumping around from spreadsheets, to property information tools, to due-diligence tools, to emails. Lynkr aims to bring as much of the process into a single platform as possible, while keeping it as easy and straightforward to use.

01

The problem

Important client, property and due-diligence information becomes scattered across spreadsheets, email, property-data services and general-purpose CRMs that were not designed around the buyer's-agent process.

02

Project goals

  • Connect prospecting and client engagement
  • Bring property search and research into the client workflow
  • Reduce duplicate data entry
  • Keep progress, evidence and decisions attached to the right client
  • Support the process through to purchase
03

Current direction

Buyers agents need a dedicated, easy to use tool, to help support their everyday workflow. Lynkr aims to do that by bringing the prospecting, clients management, searching, and data collation under the one platform. It's development is still ongoing.
